Best lobster and king crab legs ever! Fresh and meaty! The server was knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. We appreciated the price options so we didn't over spend, we got the right amount of food and the price was on point!

Very highly publicized place to eat but thought the portioned amount of food ordered did not justify it's price. Taste was good but not outstanding. Honest opinion being given here.

Chesapeake house has always been a must dine at restaurant when we vacation in Myrtle Beach. This year we went on our second day here. Made a reservation which in October probably wasn't necessary but we did anyway. Ordered off senior menu because the selection was greater than early bird entrees. Both of us ordered grilled shrimp with sweet potato fries and salad. Shrimp was tasty but fries luke warm at best if not close to cold. I certainly hope our meals were not cheated on because we ordered from senior menu. We never bought off senior in past years and always had a great and delicious meal. I felt the quality of the meal was not up to their better standards. Cinnamon rolls, bread, and hush puppies as well as free fish stew was very good though. Our waiter was gracious but seemed overwhelmed. Restaurant not that busy or full for a Wednesday evening.
